Returns & Refunds Policy

Important Notice
All firearm sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted on firearms under any circumstances. This policy is in compliance with federal law and standard industry practice. Please read all sections below before placing your order.
1. Firearms — No Returns
We do not accept returns on firearms. Federal law strictly regulates the transfer of firearms between dealers and individuals. Once a firearm has been transferred through an FFL dealer and the ATF Form 4473 has been completed, it is considered a legal transfer and cannot be reversed or returned to us.
This no-return policy applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Finding the item at a lower price elsewhere.
- Dissatisfaction with the product's fit, feel, or appearance.
- Ordering the wrong caliber, model, or configuration.
- Restrictions in the buyer's local jurisdiction discovered after purchase.
If a firearm is defective from the manufacturer, it must be handled through the manufacturer's warranty process. We will assist you in initiating a warranty claim if you contact us at ortizyago1@gmail.com within 48 hours of FFL transfer.
2. Accessories & Non-Firearm Products
Accessories and non-firearm products (optics, holsters, cleaning supplies, apparel, magazines, parts, and similar items) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in original, unaltered condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and documentation.
- The item must not have been installed, modified, or mounted.
- The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or use.
- Proof of purchase is required.
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Ammunition of any kind (for safety and regulatory reasons).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Items that have been opened and cannot be resold as new.
- Hazardous materials.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping items back. Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
To request an RMA:
- Email ortizyago1@gmail.com with subject line: "RMA Request — [Your Order Number]".
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will issue you an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
- Ship the item using a trackable, insured shipping method.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of RMA issuance. RMA numbers expire after 7 days.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including the cost of adequate insurance to cover the value of the item being returned.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping and you are returning part or all of the order, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured shipping service.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit to your account.
- If the item is returned in a condition that is not as described (opened, used, damaged, missing accessories), we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a restocking fee of up to 20%.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at ortizyago1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping in these cases. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is received before the order has shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead go through the return process above (for eligible non-firearm items). To request a cancellation, email ortizyago1@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.
